墨爾本華人信友團體的未來發展關注小組，現正與杜神父合作為我們團體草擬一份五年計劃，以能夠讓我們的使命和遠景能在當今的社會中實踐。我們希望見到這項計劃讓我們能夠從一個主要以維持運作的團體，改變成一個能夠「熱心傳教、持之以恆」（充滿朝氣，並以福傳為使命）的團體。
CCCM Future Development Concern Group is working with Fr Nato to devise a five-year plan for our community to live out our mission and vision in today’s society. The plan will see us transform from being a maintenance-focused community to a vibrant missionary focused community.
我們的目標是什麼? What are our goals?
根據馬龍神父的「牧靈更新工程」的架構，這個計劃將會以能夠強化我們團體的五個範疇作為目標，分別為：敬拜，團體生活，教友培育，事工和福傳。
Based on Fr Mallon’s ‘Divine Renovation’ framework, the plan will aim to strengthen the five aspects of our community: worship, fellowship, discipleship, ministry, and evangelization.
第一階段 — 諮詢
Stage 1 - Consultation
我這諮詢階段的其中一部份，就是我們舉行了的三次團體工作坊，廣泛收集我們團體內各方面的意見和想法。 我們也安排 了 一份評估問卷，以便能透過問卷去描繪出我們團體現時的「健康狀況」。調查得出以下結果：
As part of the consultation phase, we have conducted 3 community workshops to gather the opinions and thoughts of our wider community. We also conducted an assessment to paint a clear picture of the current ‘health condition’ of our community. The survey results have lead to these findings:

第二階段 — 強弱危機分析
Stage 2 - SWOT Analysis
在未來幾個月， 我們會與團體一起深入探究五大範疇中的強項，弱項，進步空間和潛在問題, 一起草擬解決方法，好能讓我們攜手建設未來的五年計劃. 我們會從不同角度和範疇深入了解團體，更會硏究改善的方向。
For the coming months, in conjunction with the community, we will begin to look in detail at the strength, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of each of the 5 aspects and draw out possible solutions which will inform our 5-year plan at a later stage. We will look in detail the different aspects of our community and ways to improve what we are currently doing.
怎樣做 How?
要達成這個計劃預期的目標，必須透過這些步驟：識別，祈禱，團體參與，策劃，執行及評估。
This outcome will be achieved through a process of discernment, prayer, community participation, planning, implementation & evaluation.
