As part of the Parishes of Camberwell, Balwyn & Deepdene, Surrey Hills Wattle Park, Catholic Chinese Community of Melbourne (CCCM) is committed to protecting the personal information they collect. The parishes uphold the principles contained in the Catholic Archdiocese of Melbourne Privacy Policy
which complies with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (Act) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) in the Act as well as the Victorian Health Records Act 2001. This Privacy Policy is designed to tell you about the Archdiocese’s practices in relation to the collection, use, disclosure and storage of personal information.
For any update or deletion of personal information, a written notification is required via email or letter.
Personal information supplied by you will be used for registration and record of related activities of Catholic Chinese Community of Melbourne only.
Activities organised by CCCM may be recorded, including but not limited to, by photographic images, video and audio recordings. Such record may be used as content materials in CCCM publications such as Epistula, our newsletter, our CCCM website and other forms of publication. If you do not wish your images, video recordings, audio recordings or any other forms of record to be included in any of our publications, web pages or other channels of communication, please contact us.
